Jon Dunn likes to dig deep to help his customers: American farmers.

USA-Grow's ("USA" stands for Universal Soil Amendments) bio-organic soil amendments and fertilizer products now bring in annual revenue of $1.5 million. While the company's primary sales turf is the central and western United States, USA-Grow's distributors sell the company's soil products and fertilizer to farmers from coast to coast, and are branching out internationally.
